For the safety of your children
Please sign your child in and get his/her name tag at the beginning of the night
If your child is going to be picked up by anybody else please note who on the sign in sheet
An adult must sign out the clubbers. Clubbers will not be released to older siblings unless that sibling is driving them home
Please do not let your children run through the parking lot. If they want to run and play after club the kidzone or the end parking lot near the kidzone are both car free, safe places for them to run. Remember, it is your responsibility to watch your child after sign out.
The parking spots in front of the church are blocked so drivers can see children entering the parking lot. Please do not park in the handicapped spaces unless you are handicapped.
All clubbers should wear running shoes to club to prevent falls during game time. If your daughter wants to wear a dress please put shorts on under it (even T&T). It is too hard to play many of these games in dresses.
All leaders have been approved by the Christian Life Board and have had background checks done. Each classroom has a window in the door so a leader is never out of sight with a child.
In the event of an illness or injury every attempt will be made to contact you. Please be sure the correct phone numbers are on your child's registration form, including your cell and an emergency contact.
